RSN Property Group and Monday Properties are pleased to announce their joint acquisition of Audubon Crest, a 126-unit garden-style apartment community which has been rebranded as Alessia Gardens, in Oakwood, Georgia, a growing suburb in the greater Atlanta metro area.

The deal stands as the partnership’s fourth acquisition in the past eight months including: Eagle Creek Landing in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, Villas at Princeton Lakes also in Atlanta, and The Summit on 401 in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
