Monday Properties, a dynamic real estate investment firm and industry-leading multifamily developer, is pleased to announce that Vice President of Acquisitions and Capital Transactions Macy Finn has been selected as one of GlobeSt.com.’s Women of Influence Class of 2026 in the Rising Star Category. This prestigious recognition highlights Finn’s contributions to the real estate industry and her pivotal role as an emerging leader at Monday Properties.
Since 1983, the Women of Influence awards program has recognized a growing number of commercial real estate’s female professionals for their remarkable achievements. The individual honorees have personally impacted the market and have significantly driven the industryto new heights via their outstanding successes. The 2026 Women of Influence were selected by GlobeSt.com.’s esteemed advisory board and senior editors based on how well they achieved goals and displayed in genuity in regard to their nomination category; how impactful their work has been; how dedicated the nominee has been to furthering the development of their field and the role of women within it; and the nominee’s personal commitment to the highest ethical standards, service and excellence.

Since joining Monday Properties as an intern in 2018, Finn has earned five promotions and played a pivotal role in fourteen office and multifamily acquisitions totaling approximately $934 million in value across 3.4 million square feet. She is deeply involved in all phases of the acquisition process, including underwriting, due diligence, capitalization and closing, and works closely with senior leadership to expand the firm’s presence in key growth markets across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeastern United States.

Over the past year, Finn has been heavily involved in several notable acquisitions that have expanded the Monday Properties’ multifamily footprint by nearly 1,000 units, such as Villas at Princeton Lakes, The Summit on 401, Alessia Gardens, and Eagle Creek Landing. She also worked on prominent transactions at Shirlington Tower, Beauregard Professional Center and Park Plaza I & II.
Beyond her day-to-day work, Finn is also widely regarded within Monday Properties as a mentor and leader. She also maintains a strong commitment to the next generation of real estate professionals through her involvement with the University of Florida’s real estate program, where she mentors students and assists with job placement efforts.

Finn holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business. She was previously recognized by Connect CRE with a 2025 Next Generation Award and was included on Commercial Observer’s list of Top Young Professionals in2022.
