Monday Properties Welcomes Jason Spencer as Vice President of Development

Monday Properties, a dynamic real estate investment firm and industry-leading developer, today announced that Jason Spencer has joined the firm as Vice President of Development. In this role, Spencer will lead the full development lifecycle across the firm's portfolio, overseeing projects from underwriting and financing through entitlements, design, construction, marketing and leasing.

Spencer brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to his new role at Monday Properties. He has managed significant commercial and multifamily development pipelines throughout his career and previously served as Vice President of Real Estate Finance and Development at Union Station Redevelopment Corporation. Prior to that, Spencer held development roles at Madison Marquette in Washington, DC and Property Group Partners. His background in structural engineering enables him to address complex design and construction challenges while maintaining financial discipline.

Spencer holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell University's Baker Program, a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, also from the University of Michigan.

Spencer will be based in Monday Properties' Arlington, Virginia office.
