Innovation & Technology

Overview

We understand that your home and office needs are constantly changing. Monday Properties believes in technology-driven, sustainable solutions to ultimately make our tenants’ lives easier, better, and more productive. Here are a few of the strategic ways we’re pushing the envelope:

Released in 2022, the Monday+ app is designed to provide accessibility and convenience for tenants as they return to the office. Monday Properties partnered with HqO and developed the white-label app with tenants in mind. The app is an additional resource that enhances the commercial office environment for tenants with useful features like booking a conference room, reserving an amenity space, finding local retailers, and ordering meals. It also provides access to virtual wellness events that support our driving vision to create a sense of community in our buildings.

Launched in 2021, MondayVR.com is a virtual, fully customizable online platform that streamlines the search for office space. MondayVR provides powerful, highly visual tools to augment the leasing process, and allows prospective tenants and brokers to easily navigate and tour properties from the comfort of their desk at a time that is most convenient for them. Created in partnership with Interface Multimedia, MondayVR was developed with the end-user in mind, and utilizes cutting-edge technology and 3D capabilities to provide the next best thing to a physical building tour. In addition to your typical 3D tour experience of an amenity or available space, users will enjoy a range of additional functionality, like the ability to interact with a member of the leasing team in real time or toggling between shell and fully rendered views.

In 2020, Monday Properties launched KastleSafeSpaces featuring capabilities such as touchless entry, elevator access, and visitor access with thermal cameras and contact tracing to improve tenant and visitor experiences for safe access and occupancy control. Its coordinated system of touchless tech for doors, turnstiles, elevators, and more serve to get employees and visitors safely and seamlessly to their destination. Working together with Kastle Systems, America’s largest managed security services provider, we were the first commercial real estate property owner in the D.C.–area to commit to the KastleSafeSpaces platform at 1812 N. Moore, a trophy office asset in Arlington which houses Nestle’s U.S. headquarters.
