
Monday Properties, a dynamic, real estate investment firm and industry-leading developer, today announced that Ted Hallinan has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Construction. In this role, Hallinan will oversee the construction of new development projects and the repositioning of value-add multifamily assets, coordinating construction strategy in alignment with the firm's investment objectives.

Hallinan brings 30 years of project management and development experience to his new role with Monday Properties. He has worked for both public and private sector companies in Washington, DC including WSP, Property Group Partners, and Louis Dreyfus Property Group where he directed projects through the full development lifecycle and managed comprehensive construction teams and consultant coordination.
Among many projects, Hallinan will oversee the firm's 463-unit luxury residential development at 900 Long Ridge Road in Stamford, CT, a four-building project spanning 36.5 acres that will feature studio through three-bedroom homes, 5,000 square feet of retail space, and a publicly accessible walking path. Additionally, he will manage the redevelopment of 1900 N. Beauregard Street in Alexandria, VA, a 345-unit property that will replace a medical office building within the Beauregard Professional Center. He will also oversee value-add renovations at The Summit on 401 and Villas at Princeton Lakes, where strategic capital improvements will enhance resident experience and drive property performance.

Hallinan, who will be located in Monday Properties' Washington, DC area office, holds a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Buffalo's School of Architecture and Environmental Design. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the United States Green Building Council.
