Monday Properties Welcomes Mike Berkery as Vice President of Private Wealth Management

Monday Properties, a dynamic, real estate investment firm and industry-leading developer, today announced that Mike Berkery has joined the firm as Vice President of Private Wealth Management on the strategy, capital formation and investor relations team, working with Chief Strategy Officer Paul Vosper. In this role, Mike will lead Monday’s private wealth distribution efforts, bringing the firm's investment opportunities to Registered Investment Advisors and family offices.

Mike’s experience and track record are critical in leading this focus on the wealth management channel.”

Berkery brings 15 years of experience in capital formation and alternative investments to his new role with Monday Properties. Most recently, he worked in alternative investments at Franklin Templeton, where he distributed real estate, private equity, private credit and hedge fund strategies to RIAs and family offices. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Payoneer, helping prepare the sales team for the company’s IPO, in Barclays’ Liquidity Risk division and in the private banking division of Credit Suisse.

Monday Properties manages a diverse portfolio of 5 million square feet, including 8,000 multifamily units and 2.5 million square feet of office space. Since 2002, the firm has completed over 121 transactions representing 43 million square feet and $17 billion in capital value.
