Monday Properties' Growth Continues with New Multifamily Hire and Strategic Senior Leadership Promotions

Monday Properties has announced several senior promotions and a new strategic hire as the firm continues to implement its accelerated growth strategy.

Monday Properties, a dynamic real estate investment firm and industry-leading developer, has announced several senior promotions and a new strategic hire as the firm continues to implement its accelerated growth strategy. Key leaders at the firm, Austin Freeman, Adam Carr and Evan Dreilinger, have been promoted to Executive Vice President and will continue to advance their significant roles in supporting the company’s expanding portfolio. In addition, industry veteran Aaron Budilov will be joining the firm as Vice President of Multifamily Investments to lead its multifamily platform in acquisitions.

Mr. Freeman, a 25-year industry veteran who has been with the firm since 2009, was promoted to Executive Vice President and will oversee the company's asset management, operations, leasing and strategic initiatives for Monday Properties’ 4M+ square-foot Northern Virginia office portfolio.

Mr. Carr was promoted to Executive Vice President, where he will oversee new investments and acquisitions, dispositions and development activity, as well as strategic partnerships and ventures. 

Mr. Dreilinger, the firm’s general counsel, was also promoted to Executive Vice President.  Mr. Dreilinger will continue to oversee all legal affairs and transactional matters for the firm.

To meet the demands of its growing multifamily platform, Monday Properties has also added a new position in the firm. As the new Vice President of Multifamily Investments, Aaron Budilov will oversee the strategic management of all aspects related to transactions in multifamily real estate projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic to Southeastern region. Budilov joins Monday Properties from Combined Properties and Kettler, where he collectively spent seven years as Director of Investments and Development.
