Macy Trizonis Named To Commercial Observer's Top Young Professionals Class of 2022

Monday Properties’ Senior Associate Macy Trizonis has been named as one of Commercial Observer’s 2022 Top Young Professionals. This year’s young leaders have been recognized as the most promising in the specializations of leasing, sales, finance, architecture, engineering, and construction. Macy is being honored for her strategic contributions in finance within the commercial real estate field.

Macy supports Monday Properties’ acquisition efforts across multifamily, commercial office, and life science asset classes in the Northeast, including the NYC Tri-State area and the Washington, D.C. region, as well as in the Southeast. A leader in her field, she is involved in all aspects of the acquisitions process, from initial underwriting through due diligence, capitalization, and closing.

During her three and a half years at Monday Properties, Macy has acted as the junior lead on eight office and multifamily acquisitions, totaling $544 million in value across 1.9 million square feet. Macy has worked on some of the most notable transactions at Monday Properties in recent years — including a diverse set of commercial office assets like Shirlington Tower (Arlington, VA), Beauregard Professional Center (Alexandria, VA), 3141 Fairview Park (Falls Church, VA), and Park Plaza I & II (Rockville, MD), as well as multifamily developments like 75 Tresser and Harbor Landing (Stamford, CT).
