1900 N. Beauregard Redevelopment

1900 N. Beauregard is a planned redevelopment within the Beauregard Professional Center, owned by Monday Properties, with construction anticipated to begin in Q2 2026. The project will deliver 345 multifamily residences in a six-story mid-rise building and represents Monday’s second redevelopment in the office park following The Blake.

The community is designed to appear as three separate buildings with articulated notches and will include a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom units with modern finishes and premium in-unit amenities. Lower-level walk-up residences and townhome-style units are also planned. Community amenities include co-working spaces, a double-height fitness center, a resident lounge and clubroom, a rooftop deck with pool and grilling stations, and a private outdoor courtyard.

Located directly off I-395, the property is 15 minutes from Capitol Hill and 10 minutes from the Pentagon, Amazon’s headquarters in National Landing, Virginia Tech’s Innovation Campus, and Reagan National Airport.
