Adam Carr

Adam leads the firm’s acquisition and development platform, with responsibility for underwriting new investments, execution of development strategies, and management of asset dispositions and recapitalizations across the portfolio.

Adam has overseen the firm’s rapid growth in the residential market along the East Coast, from the broader New York City metro area into the Southeast and Texas. His leadership has been invaluable to the firm’s efforts to scale in high-growth markets through strategic investment strategies and the identification of undervalued multifamily assets with strong long-term potential.

Prior to joining Monday Properties, Adam served as Senior Manager at the U.S. subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation in New York, where he focused on acquisitions and asset management for that firm’s investment portfolio in Washington, D.C., Florida, Arizona, Georgia, and California. Over the course of his career, he has completed transactions across various asset types and geographies.

Adam is a graduate of Marist College and earned a master’s degree in real estate from New York University.
