Adam Carr

Adam is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions and developments, as well as overseeing and managing dispositions of the firm’s investment portfolio.

Prior to joining Monday Properties, Adam was a Senior Manager at the U.S. subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation in New York, where he focused on acquisitions and asset management for the firm’s investment portfolio in Washington, D.C., Florida, Arizona, Georgia and California. Over the course of his career, he has completed over $3.2 billion of transactions across various asset types and geographies representing over 5 million square feet of commercial office and 2,700+ multifamily units.

Adam is a graduate of Marist College and earned a master’s degree in real estate from New York University.
