Frank Craighill

Frank leads development at Monday Properties, managing complex, mixed-use projects across the eastern seaboard. He oversees the full development lifecycle, from property underwriting and programming to entitlements, design and construction, while also identifying and executing new ground-up investment opportunities.

Since joining the firm in 2018, Frank has driven the expansion of the firm’s multifamily development pipelines in target markets, including the greater Washington, DC region, Connecticut and South Carolina.

Frank has more than a decade of experience managing more than $1.3 billion in complex commercial real estate development projects.

Frank’s achievements in development have been well recognized through several prestigious award programs: He was named to GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s 2021 “50Under 40” list for the successful development, lease up, and sale of The Mason and The Hudson projects in South Carolina. In 2025 he was recognized as a GlobeSt. “Influencer in Multifamily Real Estate” and named to Connect CRE’s “ApartmentBuildings.com 100” list for his work spearheading development of The Willow, a 338-unit, Class A multifamily community in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Frank received his MBA with a concentration in finance from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is an active member of the Rosslyn BID Urban Design Committee Board, NAIOP Northern Virginia, and the Urban Land Institute.
