Jason Spencer

As Vice President of Development at Monday Properties, Jason leads the full development lifecycle across complex projects from underwriting and financing through entitlements, design, construction, marketing and leasing. He manages day-to-day project oversight, handling entitlements and design coordination, budget and schedule tracking. Jason also serves as a key liaison with capital partners and lenders throughout the development process.

Jason has more than two decades of real estate experience spanning development finance, project management and construction oversight. He has managed significant commercial and multifamily development pipelines and brings a unique combination of strategic development expertise and technical structural engineering knowledge, a perspective that enables him to solve complex design and construction challenges while maintaining financial discipline.

At Monday Properties, Jason draws on his previous experience as Vice President of Real Estate Finance and Development at Union Station Redevelopment Corporation and prior development roles at Madison Marquette in Washington, DC and Property Group Partners.

Jason holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate degree from Cornell University's Baker Program, a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering degree from the University of Michigan and a BS in Civil Engineering also from University of Michigan.
