Macy Finn

Macy plays a significant role throughout all phases of Monday Properties’ acquisition processes, including in the multifamily, commercial office and life science asset classes. She is integral during the initial underwriting and due diligence, as well as the capitalization and closing process. Throughout her tenure at Monday Properties, she has worked closely with senior leadership on the expansion of the firm’s platform across vital growth markets along the East Coast and into the Southeast.

Macy has played a pivotal role in eleven office and multifamily acquisitions, totaling almost $850 million in value across 2.8 million square feet, since joining Monday Properties as an intern in 2018. This includes notable transactions on a diverse set of commercial office assets like Shirlington Tower, in Arlington, VA, and Park Plaza I & II, in Rockville, MD. In the multifamily arena, she has facilitated key acquisitions that have expanded the firm’s unit footprint, including The Summit on 401 in Fayetteville, NC; the Villas at Princeton Lakes in Atlanta, GA; and 75 Tresser and Harbor Landing in Stamford, CT.

Macy was named to the Commercial Observer’s prestigious list of 'Top Young Professionals' in 2022. She has a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business, where she continues to serve as a mentor for students in the university’s real estate program.
