Macy Trizonis

Macy holds a significant role throughout all phases of the firm’s acquisition process, which includes the multifamily, commercial office, and life science asset classes. She is integral during the initial underwriting and due diligence, as well as the capitalization and closing process. Throughout her tenure at Monday Properties, she has worked closely with senior leadership on the expansion of the firm’s platform in vital growth markets across the East Coast.

Since joining Monday Properties as an intern in 2018, Macy has acted as the junior lead on eight office and multifamily acquisitions, totaling $544 million in value across 1.9 million square feet.  She has worked on some of the most notable transactions at Monday Properties in recent years —including a diverse set of commercial office assets like Shirlington Tower (Arlington, VA), Beauregard Professional Center (Alexandria, VA), 3141 Fairview Park (Falls Church, VA), and Park Plaza I & II (Rockville, MD), as well as multifamily acquisitions like 75 Tresser and Harbor Landing (Stamford, CT).

Macy has a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business. She was recognized as one of Commercial Observer’s Top Young Professionals in 2022.
