Monday Properties Welcomes Kenny Marines as Senior Vice President of Asset Management

Monday Properties, a dynamic real estate investment firm and industry-leading developer, today announced the appointment of Kenny Marines as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. With an illustrious career spanning over two decades in the commercial real estate industry, Marines brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.

In his capacity as Senior Vice President of Asset Management, Marines will spearhead the development of business and operational strategies for Monday Properties’ commercial office and multifamily portfolios. While overseeing lease-up, operational and marketing strategies for our multifamily projects, Marines will also analyze portfolio performance, direct capital improvement projects and support the firm's acquisition efforts through due diligence and assessment of new business opportunities.

 

Prior to joining Monday Properties, Marines held progressive corporate leadership roles at RXR Realty and Tishman Speyer, where he played a pivotal role in developing asset management platforms and executing strategic business plans. His leadership abilities and talent for inspiring high-performing teams have consistently delivered exceptional results, leaving an indelible mark on the real estate landscape of the New York metropolitan region.

 

Marines is a graduate of Williams College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
