Wenzhen Cai

Wenzhen oversees financial operations and leads the accounting team for Monday Properties’ real estate portfolio. Her responsibilities include financial statement review, budgeting and reforecasting, investor relations reporting, lease administration, coordinating audits and tax returns, optimizing cash flow, and corporate accounting including intercompany reconciliations and partner distributions.

Wenzhen brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate accounting. Prior to joining Monday Properties, she served as Director of FP&A and Property Accounting at Brookfield Properties, where she led financial analysis and property accounting for the firm’s New York City office portfolio. Prior to that, she was Assistant Controller at Brookfield Properties. Earlier in her career, she worked at The Moinian Group in both finance and accounting roles, contributing to analyzing potential investments, negotiating loan terms, and preparing investment materials. She began her career at Berik Management as a Property Accountant.

Wenzhen earned her MBA from PaceUniversity and holds a Certificate in Real Estate Investment from NYU. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from BaruchCollege.
