Ted Hallinan

Ted is responsible for overseeing the construction of new development projects and the repositioning of value-add multifamily assets at Monday Properties. Ted coordinates overall construction strategy and alignment with entitlements, pro forma assumptions and Monday’s investment objectives.

Ted directs projects through the full development lifecycle, from initial conception through completion. He leads and manages project level construction teams and engages the full suite of consultants required to navigate complex development and construction processes, ensuring that design, budget, schedule, and feasibility considerations are integrated early and effectively.

Ted brings over 30 years of experience in project management and development, with prior roles at WSP, Property Group Partners, and Louis Dreyfus Property Group.

Ted received his BA from the State University of New York at Buffalo’s School of Architecture and Environmental Design. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the United States Green Building Council.
