Mike Berkery

Mike leads Monday Properties' private wealth distribution efforts, bringing the firm's investment opportunities to Registered Investment Advisors and Family Offices. He sets the strategic vision and operational roadmap for these key investor groups, tailoring opportunities to their specific needs, and supports various investor-facing aspects including communications, compliance, reporting and deal structuring.

Prior to joining Monday Properties, Mike worked in alternative investments at Franklin Templeton, where he distributed real estate, private equity, private credit and hedge fund strategies to RIAs and family offices. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Payoneer, where he was a top individual producer and helped prepare the sales team for the company’s IPO, in Barclays’ Liquidity Risk division and in the private banking division of Credit Suisse.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Villanova University.
