Amy Zheng

Amy is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the firm’s 4.5 million square foot portfolio in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Amy leads a team of 20 property managers and coordinates service partners and third-party consultants for the firm’s local commercial office assets.

Prior to joining Monday Properties, Amy was the Senior Property Manager at American Real Estate Partners, where she directed daily operations and property management for commercial properties comprising over 750,000 SF.

Amy earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and graduated from Georgetown University with a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Finance.
