Alexandra Young

Alex leads the strategy, development and execution of all corporate marketing and public relations initiatives. She also advises on all property marketing and branding initiatives across the firm’s 5 million square foot commercial office and multifamily portfolios.

Prior to joining Monday Properties, Alex was the Marketing Manager for Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing the marketing efforts for the Northern Virginia and Suburban Maryland commercial office portfolios. She has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in various aspects of marketing strategy, public relations, brand positioning, event planning, leasing and management of commercial offices and new developments.

Alex earned a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. She is a member of Northern Virginia’s chapter of Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) and Commercial Real Estate Marketing (CREM). She is also the recipient of several industry awards for her contributions in successful marketing efforts: Most Creative Marketing (CREW 2017), Project Marketing Award of Excellence (NAIOP 2017) and the Rising Stars of Real Estate Award (DCA Live 2020).
