Monday Properties' Vice President of Property Management Ginnette Brock Named to GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum's Women of Influence List

Monday Properties’ Vice President of Property Management Ginnette Brock has been named to GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence list. This year’s Women of Influence award recognizes female professionals for their remarkable achievements — including those who have personally impacted the market and have significantly driven the industry to new heights through their outstanding contributions. Ginnette Brock will be recognized for her commitment, impact, and notable success in the commercial real estate space at the GlobeSt. Women of Influence Awards Dinner in Park City, Utah later this week.

“I am truly honored to have been selected as a 2022 Women of Influence by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum. Thank you for this recognition and the opportunity to be featured alongside so many influential and accomplished leaders,” said Brock. “I also want to thank the Property Management team at Monday Properties. This award speaks to the capabilities of our team, and I am proud to work with a group that delivers best-in-class experiences for our tenants.”

The property management and operations team at Monday Properties is an instrumental part of the firm’s business model. In a rapidly shifting environment, Ginnette has spearheaded technology efforts like Monday+, Monday Properties’ innovative tenant app, and helped lead the firm to achieve sustainability certifications such as Fitwel VRM, Fitwel 2.1, LEED, Energy Star, BOMA 360, and BREEM.

“Ginnette’s impact can be seen throughout our portfolio — from large scale projects like property transitions during new acquisitions to providing professional mentorship to junior staff members. The energy and expertise that Ginnette provides for her team everyday helped to solidify a sense of consistency and purpose, especially during the challenges of the past two years,” said Jennifer Burns, Executive Vice President of Asset Management and Operations at Monday Properties.

Ginnette started her career at Monday Properties in 2017 as a Senior Property Manager of a 1 million square foot portfolio undergoing significant capital improvements. After successfully leading the construction process to completion while managing the operations, maintenance, and financial performance of the portfolio, Ginnette was promoted to a director role in 2018, where she managed the Rosslyn, Virginia portfolio. She was promoted to Vice President in early 2022 and is responsible for overseeing the operations and onsite teams for the entire 4.5M SF Northern Virginia office portfolio.
