Stan is responsible for supporting the execution of asset business plans and operational strategies for Monday’s 5M+ square foot office portfolio and the firm’s growing multifamily platform, overseeing lease-up, operational, and marketing strategies. He develops and maintains cash flow projections in addition to analyzing profit and loss statements to identify opportunities that enhance property performance. Stan analyzes portfolio performance, assesses local market trends and conditions, and evaluates potential capital investments to effectively prepare strategic recommendations on new asset initiatives and opportunities.
Stan joins Monday Properties with 15 years of experience conducting financial analyses for land development, building models and underwriting for acquisitions, and managing leases on existing properties. His expertise spans a variety of asset classes: multifamily, condo, office, hotel, retail, industrial, and marina. During his time at various real estate firms in the greater Washington, D.C. area – most recently The UIP Companies, Ryan Stuart Development, and Woodlawn Development Group – Stan prepared and managed budgets of up to $700 million for real estate development, asset management, and investment firms in corporate and private sectors.
Stan is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
