Paul manages all aspects of project management for the company’s development pipeline in the Washington, DC area, South Carolina, and other targeted development markets. Paul directs the project lifecycle from conception to completion, with responsibilities including oversight of the entitlement process, development of budgets, coordination of design and construction documents and approval of all expenditures.
Prior to joining Monday Properties, Paul was Vice President of project management for Hooten Construction, where he managed operations for a growing multi-family construction and renovation company operating primarily in the tax credit apartment space. Prior to that, Paul held several leadership roles with AB Construction, Mill Creek Residential Trust and Belfast Bridge and Restoration.
Paul is a major asset to Monday’s project management as he is certified in the following: MDE Green Card for Erosion and Sediment Control, SHA Yellow Card for Erosion and Sediment Control, Maryland State Highway Temporary Traffic Control Manager, Virginia Responsible Land Distributor Certificate 38394, OSHA 30 Hour Certified, Federal Communications Commission Restricted Radiotelephone Operators License and General Class Amateur Operators license, UNC-Bell Leadership Institute and Forensic Scheduling.
Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mount Saint Mary’s college.
