Keith is responsible for managing a team that prepares and reviews all of the property-level financial reporting at Monday Properties’ 4.5 million square foot portfolio. Keith oversees monthly and quarterly reporting, annual audits, budgeting, tax return preparation, cash management, property due diligence, and investor relations support.
Over the last 19 years, Keith has built and developed successful accounting teams with his management expertise in accounting, finance, and process improvements. He has an extensive background working for regional and national companies in the third party and owner managed environments ranging from high net worth individuals to institutional and international companies, and in all facets of real estate including commercial, retail, residential, and senior living.
Prior to joining Monday Properties, Keith served two stints at Madison Marquette, a national, vertically integrated, full service real estate company with over 300 different assets across 20 states. The first was as Senior Vice President of the Property Accounting Group where he managed a team of 24 people that included property accounting, lease administration, and accounts payable. Keith later served as a mentor to the property accounting team post-merger as an Accounting Consultant, where he delivered numerous accounting services including leading various annual audits, quarterly financial reviews, process improvements, and corporate and development accounting troubleshooting. Before Madison Marquette, Keith was the Vice President of the Property Accounting Group at Bozzuto Management Company, where he directed a team of 50 accounting professionals and was responsible for overseeing the property accounting for a full service multi-family real estate management firm, which operated over 250 properties in 12 states with over 76,000 units. Prior to Bozzuto, Keith was Vice President-Controller at the Penzance Companies, a private, DC-owned commercial and residential real estate company.
Keith graduated from East Stroudsburg University, earning a bachelor’s degree in hotel management and has taken additional advanced coursework at George Mason University and University of Maryland.
