Ginnette Brock

Ginnette leads the property management and lease administration of the firm’s 4.5 million square foot portfolio in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. In her role, she oversees the Northern Virginia commercial office portfolio with a focus on increasing asset value and executing strategic business plans for each property.

Ginnette started her career at Monday Properties in 2017 as a Senior Property Manager of a 1 million square foot portfolio that was undergoing significant capital improvements. She successfully led the construction process to completion while managing the operations, maintenance, and financial performance of the portfolio. Ginnette was promoted to a Director role in 2018, where she managed the Rosslyn portfolio, which subsequently led to her oversight of the entire Northern Virginia portfolio.

Ginnette graduated from George Mason University with a degree in psychology and is an active volunteer with several local organizations. She is involved in several industry associations, including the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington (AOBA). Ginnette has been recognized with several industry awards, notably the Rising Stars of Real Estate Award (DCA Live 2020) and the Women of Influence (GlobeSt. 2022) for her leadership and accomplishments.
