Evan Dreilinger

Evan oversees all legal and transactional matters for the company.

Prior to joining Monday Properties, Evan was the Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel of Gramercy Property Trust, where he provided legal counsel to the investments, asset management, operations and project management teams in all matters of acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture structuring, financing, leasing and development/build to suit for the company, the company’s institutional joint venture partners and it’s third-party asset management clients. Prior to joining Gramercy, Evan was a Senior Associate with Proskauer Rose in New York where, among other assignments, he represented Boston Properties in their $4 billion acquisition of the General Motors Building and 3 additional buildings from Macklowe Properties in 2008.

Evan received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Evan is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
