Andrew Thau

Andrew is responsible for lease underwriting and reporting, prospecting, sales presentations, proposal writing and negotiations, as well as lease negotiations.

Before joining Monday Properties, Andrew was a senior associate at CBRE, where he joined in 2013. He was recognized by the firm in 2015, awarded “rookie of the year.” Andrew began his career as a commercial real estate analyst for CoStar.

Andrew graduated from Muskingum University in 2011, earning a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Chamber of Real Estate and Builder's Association.
