Brian Robin oversees all of the company’s corporate and portfolio operations, including leasing and marketing, property management and project development. Mr. Robin has complex capital transaction experience in excess of $8.4 billion, and is an expert at identifying asset risks and creating opportunities to build asset value.
Prior to joining Monday Properties in 2003, Mr. Robin was a senior director with Tishman Speyer, where he was responsible for developing asset strategies and executing property sales for core and value-added assets in major U.S. markets. During his six years at Tishman, Mr. Robin led or facilitated capital transactions of Class-A assets that included the world-renowned Chrysler Building in New York City.
Mr. Robin is a LEED AP and a licensed real estate broker in New York and Virginia. He is a graduate of Boston College and Harvard University.
