
Anthony Westreich established Monday Properties in 2004, when he acquired 100 percent of New York City-based Max Capital Management Corporation and its 4 million square foot portfolio. As president of Max Capital from 2002 through 2004, he directed asset management, property management, construction management, leasing, and development. Since becoming the firm’s president and subsequently rebranding it as Monday Properties, Mr. Westreich has built an organization committed to sound investment practices and uncompromising professional standards.
As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Westreich leads all of the firm's business activities with particular involvement in capital transactions and major leasing. Under his leadership, the firm has transacted on $10.4 billion worth of real estate on 50 properties representing 24 million square feet and has leased over 7 million square feet.
