John is responsible for the leasing of Monday Properties’ commercial office portfolio in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. For over 15 years, John has directed the firm’s leasing activity by creating strong relationships with tenants and real estate brokers and leading tours, proposals, and lease negotiations. John has been instrumental in several noteworthy transactions where tenants have relocated to the Northern Virginia market, including Raytheon Technologies’ Global HQ, Nestle, Humana, and Sands Capital.
Prior to joining Monday Properties, John was a leasing Director for Equity Office Properties where he was responsible for Equity Office’s Northern Virginia portfolio.
John earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont. He is a Board Member of NAIOP’s Northern Virginia chapter, serves on the board of The Arlington Real Estate Group and an active member of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA).
